High pressure aloft will persist over the fire area. A thermal
trough is across the fire area this afternoon supporting the
development of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
through the evening hours. Drier conditions are anticipated
Sunday and Monday as the thermal trough pushes east and north
away from the fire. Afternoon temperatures remain warm in the
lower 70s, accompanied by northwest winds less than 10 mph and
minimum RH values above 30 percent.
