An area high pressure to the southwest currently giving off light westerly flow at lower elevations and an E-W oriented upper-level trough of low pressure in the gulf is producing south to southeasterly flow at the higher elevations. Winds at the higher levels expected to increase tomorrow afternoon and switch to easterly around 20 to 30 mph.
