.DISCUSSION...A weakening surface ridge over the gulf is being
suppressed by a low over the southcentral gulf. The remains the
associated frontal band will push some light rain into the
southern panhandle. Minimum RH values are expected to vary
between the mid 40s over the upper Chilkat Valley and mid 70s
coastal and southern panhandle.
