.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
 A low in the southeast gulf will continue to bring elevated
winds and seas to the southern inner channels and outer coast
through Saturday night. Elevated seas and winds decrease by late
Saturday night as this low weakens and moves eastward to near
Haida Gwaii through Sunday. Conditions improve by Sunday
afternoon as weak dome of high pressure moves into the Gulf.
