North Carolina, central Virginia, east central Virginia, eastern
Virginia, north central Virginia, south central Virginia and
southeast Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Scattered showers and storms are possible across the area today.
Locally heavy rainfall and some gusty winds are the main threats
from any thunderstorms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Another round of showers and thunderstorms are expected Thursday
afternoon. Some of the storms may produce strong gusty winds,
frequent lightning, and locally heavy rainfall.
