* At 921 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Chula, or
  near Moseley, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

  Moseley, Mannboro, Amelia Courthouse, Chula, Scotts Fork,
  Chesterfield Court House, Chesterfield, Flat Rock, Winterpock,
