of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
19 nm east of Rawley Point Light in Wisconsin, moving east at 30
knots.

Portage Lake, Williamsport, Manistee, Manistee Light, and Pierport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
