779 WGUS83 KARX 172309 FLSARX Flood Advisory National Weather Service La Crosse WI 609 PM CDT Mon Jun 17 2024 MNC039-099-109-180100- /O.NEW.KARX.FA.Y.0007.240617T2309Z-240618T0100Z/ /00000.N.ER.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.OO/ Dodge MN-Mower MN-Olmsted MN- 609 PM CDT Mon Jun 17 2024 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Minnesota, including the following counties, Dodge, Mower and Olmsted. * WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor street flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 610 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain has fallen at Hayfield since 5 pm. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. It does appear a temporary break in the rainfall will come after about 630 pm. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
