...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Turtle Creek Near Austin 3NW affecting Mower County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

The next statement will be issued Saturday morning at 1130 AM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of
  record.

* WHERE...Turtle Creek near Austin 3NW.

* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 8.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 13.0 feet early Sunday morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage late Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 10.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    12.9 feet on 06/01/2000.
