...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Wisconsin...

  Yellow River at Necedah affecting Juneau County.

.The Yellow River will continue to slowly rise through the week to a
crest Tuesday night. It will likely take several days to fall back
below flood stage around this upcoming weekend.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Yellow River at Necedah.

* WHEN...From this evening to Saturday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 16.8 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
