The Rochester NOAA Weather Radio broadcasts on Channel 4, or a frequency of 162.475 MHz, and serves the following counties in Minnesota and Wisconsin: Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmstead, Wabasha, Winona, and Buffalo.
