Air...

The NOAA Weather Radio transmitter at Rochester, Minnesota is off
the air due to a communications failure. Technicians have been
notified, but there is no estimated restore time.

The Rochester NOAA Weather Radio broadcasts on Channel 4, or a
frequency of 162.475 MHz, and serves the following counties in
Minnesota and Wisconsin: Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Houston,
Mower, Olmstead, Wabasha, Winona, and Buffalo.

Neighboring transmitters that serve some of these areas include:

Red Wing, broadcasting on Channel 3 or 162.450 MHz;
Mankato, broadcasting on Channel 1 or 162.400 MHz;
Saint Ansgar, broadcasting on Channel 3 or 162.450 MHz;
Decorah, broadcasting on Channel 6 or 162.525 MHz;
La Crosse, broadcasting on Channel 7 or 162.550 MHz;
Winona, broadcasting on Channel 2 or 162.425 MHz;
Menomonie, broadcasting on Channel 1 or 162.400 MHz.
