...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN WINONA...
NORTHEASTERN HOUSTON...LA CROSSE...SOUTHERN JACKSON AND NORTHWESTERN
MONROE COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM CDT...

At 319 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Black River Falls to near North Bend to 7 miles
northeast of Rushford. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  La Crosse, Black River Falls, Onalaska, Holmen, Dakota, Cataract,
  Brice Prairie, and French Island around 325 PM CDT.
  La Crescent, West Salem, and La Crosse Airport around 330 PM CDT.
  Millston around 335 PM CDT.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 94 between mile markers 113 and 138.
 Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 261 and 276.
 Interstate 90 in Wisconsin between mile markers 1 and 30.
