...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN JACKSON COUNTY
THROUGH 830 AM CDT...

At 806 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Osseo to 8 miles northeast of Blair.
Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Price around 810 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Hixton, Hixton Alma
Center K O A, York, Alma Center, Levis, Northfield, Requa, Merrillan,
North Branch, and Taylor.

This includes Interstate 94 between mile markers 92 and 110.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 AM CDT for
central and west central Wisconsin.
