* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 234 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ridgeway, or
  near Cresco, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters winds estimated at 60 mph near
           Elma at 215 pm.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  eastern Howard and northwestern Winneshiek Counties, including the
  following locations... Vernon Springs County Park, Vernon Springs,
  Bonair, County Roads V 58 And A 46, Burr Oak, Bluffton, and Chimney
  Rock Campground.
