...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN WINNESHIEK AND SOUTHEASTERN FILLMORE COUNTIES...

At 629 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Mabel, or 13
miles north of Decorah, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Winneshiek and southeastern Fillmore Counties, including
the following locations... Burr Oak, Hesper, Locust, and
Highlandville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
