THROUGH 645 PM EDT...
At 602 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Rutledgedale to near Little Meadows. Movement
was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Binghamton, Vestal, Endicott, Carbondale, Archbald, Kirkwood, Sayre,
Conklin, Honesdale, and Liberty.
This includes the following highway exits...
New York Interstate 81 near 1.
Interstate 86/Route 17 between 66 and 68, between 87 and 89, and
between 93 and 102.
Pennsylvania Interstate 81 between 201 and 230.
