Windy conditions will continue this afternoon, especially in South Dakota, but winds should diminish this evening. Today`s highs will range from the 60s in much of North Dakota, to the lower 80s in southeastern Minnesota. For Sunday, morning lows could drop into the 30s over northeast Montana and western North Dakota, with some frost possible. Daytime highs Sunday will be in the 60s to low 70s region wide. $$ rk
