...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN ST. CLAIR COUNTY...

At 808 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ashville, or 11
miles east of Springville, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. This storm has a
         history of wind damage and large hail in Blount County.

SOURCE...Emergency management.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Ashville, Ragland, Neely Henry Lake, Whitney Junction, Neely Henry
Dam, Caldwell, Horse Pens Forty, and I 59 Rest Areas At Oneonta.
