Upper low on the Oregon coast will go south into California tonight, then northeast through Nevada Monday, then across southeast Idaho Tuesday. Isolated showers this evening, then scattered showers overnight and Monday, becoming numerous from the southeast Monday night, then steady rain, possibly heavy Tuesday when the low is in southeast Idaho. Also, a 10-15% chance of thunderstorms this evening, then 20% chance of thunderstorms Monday afternoon and evening. Note: only limited ventilation through Tuesday. .TONIGHT...
