.DISCUSSION...
Widespread shower coverage tonight, with a slight chance of
thunder in stronger showers. Peak in activity expected around 8PM
MDT. Showers become weaker and scattered overnight, with some
redevelopment Tuesday afternoon/evening before precipitation ends.
Showers and thunderstorms could produce brief gusts of up to
40-50 mph. Heavy rainfall under stronger showers poses a flash
flood risk on recent burn scars in steep terrain. Total rainfall
forecast by the end of Tuesday is 0.2-0.3 inches, though showery
precip may leave some areas drier than others. Wednesday onwards
high temperatures stay in the high 60s and afternoon RHs 40-60%
recover greatly to 90-100% overnight.
