.DISCUSSION...Mostly sunny until 0900 then partly cloudy, after 1500
mostly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Minimum humidity will be around 25 percent.  Winds will be east at
6 to 12 mph until 1300, then northeast 10 to 15 mph with gusts to
20 mph.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (15-25 percent) until 0900, then
                    partly cloudy (30-40 percent) until 1500, then
                    mostly cloudy (60-70 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers and thunderstorms after 1200.
CWR.................8 percent.
LAL.................1 until 1200, then 3.
Max temperature.....Around 73.
Min humidity........25 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........East winds 6 to 12 mph until 1300. Northeast 10
                    to 15 mph with gusts to around 20 mph after
