.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate winds and low to moderate seas
will prevail along the Lower Texas Coast through the period as
high pressure remains in control. However, Small Craft Should
Exercise Caution may be needed beginning on Tuesday afternoon as
the pressure gradient intensifies slightly during the afternoon
periods for the next several days.
