Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally light to moderate east to southeast winds
and low to moderate seas will prevail through Friday, courtesy of
a weak pressure gradient. Winds and seas will gradually increase
to moderate or slightly higher into the weekend, however. Isolated
showers and thunderstorms will pop up periodically over the Gulf
waters.
