Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...An enhanced pressure gradient along the Lower Texas
Coast will create hazardous marine conditions today. As such, a
Small Craft Advisory is in effect until 7 PM this evening.
Afterwards, high pressure building into, and persisting over, the
western Gulf of Mexico will produce improved winds and seas.
