...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN CALEDONIA...
NORTHEASTERN ORLEANS AND NORTHWESTERN ESSEX COUNTIES THROUGH 200 PM
EDT...

At 108 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Morgan, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Island Pond, Newport City, Orleans, Derby Center, Charleston, Derby
Line Village, Orleans Village, Morgan, Warren Gore, Averys Gore,
Brownington, Holland, Brighton, Derby, Norton, Warners Grant, Lewis,
Brownington Village, Derby Center Village, and Coventry.

This includes Interstate 91 between mile markers 162 and 177.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
