West central Washington County in central Vermont... * Until 230 PM EDT. * At 140 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Westport, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines. * Locations impacted include... Vergennes, Essex, Moriah, Westport, Elizabethtown, Monkton Ridge, Monkton, Monkton Boro, Hinesburg, St. George, Starksboro, Ferrisburg, Charlotte, Waltham, Fayston, Panton, Bolton, Richmond, Mt.
