  Lake Ontario from the Niagara River to Olcott...
  The Upper and Lower Niagara River and Buffalo Harbor...

* Until 345 AM EDT.

* At 248 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 13 nm west of Niagara River to 18 nm northwest of
  Lake Erie Beach to 9 nm north of Erie, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Van Buren Point, Small Boat Harbor, Lake Erie Beach, Grand Island,
  Barcelona, Olcott, Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Wilson, Fort
  Niagara, Sturgeon Point, Ripley, Youngstown, Wanakah, Lewiston,
  Dunkirk, Athol Springs, Bayview, and Sunset Bay.
