  Lake Erie from Dunkirk to and including Buffalo Harbor...

* Until 200 AM EDT.

* At 122 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Erie Basin Marina to 14 nm north of Ripley,
  moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Small Boat Harbor, Lake Erie Beach, Wanakah, Woodlawn Beach, Erie
  Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point, Athol Springs, Bayview, Sunset Bay,
  and Dunkirk.
