...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN JEFFERSON AND
NORTHEASTERN LEWIS COUNTIES THROUGH 130 PM EDT...

At 1230 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Cedar Point State Park, or 24 miles northwest of
Watertown, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Drum, Carthage, West Carthage, Clayton, Herrings, Redwood, Kring
Point State Park, Wellesley Island State Park, Cedar Point State
Park, Black River, Philadelphia, Alexandria Bay, Theresa, Cape
Vincent, Antwerp, Harrisville, Chaumont, Evans Mills, Deferiet, and
Millen Bay.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 48 and 52.
