Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
240 PM EDT Sat Sep 21 2024

.DISCUSSION...
High pressure is expected to continue building into the Southeast
U.S. through early next week. This will lead generally drier and
warmer conditions. Low level moisture slowly decreases with
minimum relative humidity levels in the 40 to 50 percent range
through the early part of the week ahead. Chances for rain showers
start to return around midweek, however any amounts look to be on
the lighter side.

Tonight: Patchy fog is unlikely outside of fog prone locations.
