...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern
McDuffie, northwestern Columbia and southwestern Lincoln Counties
through 430 PM EDT...

At 405 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Mistletoe State Park, or 12 miles northeast of Thomson, moving
northwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to around 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Thomson, Lincolnton, Mistletoe State Park, Thomson-McDuffie County
Airport, Wrightsboro, Loce, Leah, Sweetwater Park, Winfield, Thomson
Fire Department, Clay Hill Campground, McDuffie Regional Medical
Center, University Hospital McDuffie, Woodlawn, Amity Recreation
Area, New Hope, Cherokee Boat Ramp, and Phinizy.

This includes Interstate 20 in Georgia between mile markers 167 and
175.
