  Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA extending from 20 nm to
  40 nm...
  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending from 20 nm
  to 60 nm...

* Until 145 AM EDT.

* At 1249 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 7 nm northeast of Buoy L, or 12 nm west of
  R7 Tower, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
