...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
  counties, Lucas and Wood.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 148 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported flooding from
    heavy rainfall along Ohio State Route 65 east of Grand
    Rapids. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Toledo, Bowling Green, Perrysburg, Oregon, Rossford,
    Waterville, Northwood, Weston, Maumee, Walbridge, Millbury,
    Haskins, Grand Rapids, Tontogany and Stony Ridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
