  extending from 16 nm northwest of Conneaut to near Ashtabula,
  moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
