.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak to moderate onshore flow will increase to moderate to strong
Monday into Tuesday. Winds will become strong by the middle of the
week with Small Craft Advisory conditions likely. Wave heights
will increase to 8-12 feet across the offshore waters this week
due to a tropical disturbance in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico.
The National Hurricane Center has given this disturbance a medium,
60% chance of development in the next 7 days. Regardless of
tropical development, deep moisture will move into the area
resulting in a 50-90% chance of showers and thunderstorms by the
middle of the week.
