.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

The combination of a moderate to strong onshore flow and increased
seas has lead to Small Craft Advisory conditions across all
marine zones this morning. Winds are expected to remain elevated
through tonight, therefore, an Advisory will remain in effect
through Wednesday morning. The flow will diminish to more
moderate levels thereafter, becoming weak to moderate Thursday
through the weekend.
