...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
7 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots
  and seas 7 to 10 feet expected.

* WHERE...Middle Texas Coastal Waters out to 60 nautical miles

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong to very strong winds and/or increased seas
  will result in hazardous marine conditions especially for
  inexperienced mariners with smaller vessels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Mariners should pay close attention to the
  latest information from the National Hurricane Center on the
  disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
