...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the Nueces
River...

For the Nueces River at Tilden.
* At 6:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.
* Caution stage is 11.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river will continue to rise above action stage by
  Friday late afternoon before cresting at 12.1 feet Saturday early
  afternoon. The river will fall below caution stage by late Saturday
  night or early Sunday morning.

rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
