...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ARANSAS...
NORTHWESTERN CALHOUN...EAST CENTRAL VICTORIA AND NORTHEASTERN REFUGIO
COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM CDT...

At 300 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Placedo, or 7 miles west of Port Lavaca, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Seadrift, Placedo, Green Lake, Tivoli, Aransas National Wildlife
Refuge, Long Mott, and Austwell.

This includes US Highway 87 between mile markers 824 and 838.
