.DISCUSSION...
A north-south ridge of high pressure slicing through
Central Pennsylvania will bring clear skies with areas of
valley fog this morning. Abundant sunshine and light wind
will follow for this afternoon with high temperatures
in the upper 70s to mid 80s, which will be 10 degrees
or more above normal for the date.
Clear skies early tonight will be followed by increasing
clouds early Saturday as a rather compact but potent upper
level disturbance moves southeast from the Great Lakes.
This weather feature will bring scattered rain showers and
even a few thunderstorms to the District Saturday afternoon
and evening.
