Rain showers are spreading across the Commonwealth into the Laurel
Highlands this evening. The rain could be heavy over the
southwest where a few slow-moving thunderstorms are possible into
early tonight. The rain will continue advancing slowly eastward
approaching the Delaware Valley by Saturday morning.

Rainfall amounts through Sunday will range from just over an inch
across the western third of the state (with some localized higher
point amounts possible) to as little as a tenth of an inch for
the far southeastern counties. Improving conditions are expected
from north to south on through the morning hours on Sunday.

Lows tonight will be in the 50s. Highs on Saturday will be
between the lower 60s in the south-central mountains and mid 70s
in the west. High temperatures should rise back into the upper 70s
on Sunday.
