Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected today
especially across the northwest half of the Commonwealth. High
temperatures will range from the mid 60s in the northwest
Alleghenies to the low 80s around Philadelphia. It will be breezy
with 20 to 30 mph wind gusts from the west.

More numerous showers and thunderstorms are likely on Wednesday
before conditions dry out through late week. Temperatures will be
seasonably cool/below normal to close out the month of May.
However, the bout of Fall-like temperatures won`t last long with a
nice warmup over the weekend into early next week to begin the
month of June.
