An approaching cold front will bring relief from the heat wave to
Northern and Western Pennsylvania today in the form of afternoon
thunderstorms. However, one more day of hot weather is expected
over the southeast part of the commonwealth before thunderstorms
arrive late in the day. Highs will range from around 80 over the
northwest corner of the state, to the upper 90s around Philadelphia.

Showers and thunderstorms will end from west to east this evening,
as the cold front crosses the area. Expect lows tonight to range
from the upper 50s over the northwest mountains, to the mid 70s
in Philadelphia.

Breezy, cooler and drier conditions will overspread the state
Monday, with a stray shower possible over the northern counties.
Highs Monday will range from the low 70s over the northern
mountains, to the mid 80s over the southeast piedmont.
