...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN ELK...NORTHEASTERN
CLEARFIELD AND CENTRAL CAMERON COUNTIES THROUGH 930 PM EDT...

At 858 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Emporium, or 16 miles east of St. Marys, moving south at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cameron, Emporium, Benezette, Hicks Run, Truman, and Driftwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
