...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ELK...SOUTHERN
MCKEAN...SOUTHWESTERN POTTER AND NORTHERN CAMERON COUNTIES THROUGH
830 PM EDT...

At 743 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 26 miles northeast of St. Marys to 17 miles
northeast of Johnsonburg to Kane. Movement was southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Kane, Johnsonburg, Wharton, Port Allegany, Emporium, Roulette,
Betula, Wilcox, Cherry Springs State Park, Crosby, East Branch Dam,
Elk River, Westline, Kinzua Bridge State Park, Keating Summit,
Sizerville, Mount Jewett, and Austin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
these storms pass.
