* At 219 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Elkland,
  moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Elkland, Lawrenceville, Millerton, Tioga, Osceola, and Tioga
  Junction.

Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm.
Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop
quickly during severe thunderstorms.
