...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN BLAIR...SOUTHWESTERN CENTRE AND NORTHWESTERN
HUNTINGDON COUNTIES...

At 737 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Black Moshannon State Park to Warriors Mark to
Hollidaysburg, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Altoona, State College, Hollidaysburg, Tyrone, Park Forest Village,
Philipsburg, Stormstown, Bald Eagle, Lakemont, Bellwood, Warriors
Mark, and Williamsburg.

This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 29 to 72.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
