.DISCUSSION...

Tranquil weather early this morning with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies.
Light southwest to west winds through 0900. Fair to poor overnight humidity
recoveries through daybreak. A mainly dry forecast for today with slightly
cooler temperatures. Critical afternoon minimum humidity falling to the low
to mid teens by 1500. Winds shift more northwesterly by 0900, and expected to
become gusty during the afternoon. Wind gusts up to 25mph by 1500 will create
red flag conditions at times. Good to excellent humidity recovery overnight,
with an isolated chance of thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon.
