...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM MDT
FOR SOUTH CENTRAL LARAMIE COUNTY...

At 619 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cheyenne
Regional Airport, or over Cheyenne, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. A wind gust to 69 MPH was
         observed at the Cheyenne Airport with this storm!

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Cheyenne, Laramie County Fairgrounds at Archer, Hillsdale, Fox
Farm-College, Cheyenne Regional Airport, Winchester Hills, South
Greeley Highway, Ranchettes, Warren AFB, Frontier Park, North
Cheyenne, South Cheyenne, Bison Crossing, Grass Hills, and Cowboy
Ranch South.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
Cheyenne.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
