At 516 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Macksville,
moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 509 PM CDT a 59 MPH wind gust was
         reported 2 miles SW of Belpre.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Seward.
